Our vision is of a Wales where people can always get the support they need, when they need it. Our vision is of a Wales where people with mental health and substance use challenges are treated the same as those with physical health needs, and always with respect and dignity.

Our mission is to help change the lives of individuals facing complex health challenges and difficult social conditions - those which are often overlooked and unheard - by delivering a range of services, projects and campaigns, and through the dedicated support of skilled staff and volunteers.
