Towards a Fairer Future

Pressures across mental health, substance use, social care, and community services is affecting the people accessing support, staff, and carers trying to navigate increasingly stretched systems. 

Building upon our priorities for the new Welsh Government, Towards a Fairer Future is Adferiad’s national campaign calling for meaningful action.

Informed by frontline delivery, lived experience, co-production, and policy insights, the campaign highlights five priority areas for change: improved mental illness substance use services, workforce development and long-term funding, whole population mental well-being, and carers. 

As part of our campaign, we are also running a survey to better understand people’s experiences across Wales today. The survey findings will help strengthen the evidence behind our policy work and ensure lived experience remains central to future change. Scan the QR code below to take part in the survey.
