Who we support

We support young and adult unpaid carers living in Blaenau Gwent who may be experiencing financial hardship and need support to manage their wellbeing, finances, and caring responsibilities.


How we do it

The service offers information and advice sessions tailored to the needs of unpaid carers. Support includes budgeting advice, CV writing, grant application support, emergency planning, understanding carers’ rights and legislation, developing self-management skills, building confidence in self-advocacy, and establishing healthy boundaries within caring roles. Our aim is to help carers improve their wellbeing, resilience, and independence.


Referral

The service accepts referrals through all referral routes, including self-referrals. Individuals can contact the service directly by phone or email to access support.
