What we do
Bridgend Core and Cluster Supported Accommodation project is a CIW registered service, providing temporary supported accommodation for individuals who have experienced mental ill-health and require support to reintegrate into the community.
Who we support
The service supports people in Bridgend aged 18 and older with mental health or co-occurring issues, as well as housing-related needs.
How we do it
The service aims to help people build skills, confidence, and independence to lead full and active lives. Individuals are supported to engage in community and social activities such as education, training, volunteering, and work placements, helping them work towards their goals and prepare for independent living.
Referral
Referrals are accepted from Ward 14 at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, and the Community Mental Health Team. All referrals must be discussed and agreed by the Bridgend Local Authority Accommodation Panel before access to the service can be confirmed.
