What we do
The service provides support to individuals in Caerphilly who are living with mental health issues. Our aim is to support people into improving their mental health and wellbeing by providing a range of outdoor activities. The service is designed to empower individuals and to promote independence in every area of their lives.
Who we support
The service supports individuals aged 18 and over, living with mental health issues, in Caerphilly.
How we do it
We support our service users' recovery and wellbeing through horticultural and carpentry skills, as well as peer support and help to access opportunities in the community.
Referral
Individuals can self-refer to access this service. We, also, accept referrals from the NHS Health Boards, job centres, Career Wales, and third sector organisations.
