What we do
Adferiad’s Cardiff & Vale Supported Living Service is commissioned by Cardiff Council Social Care and provides supported living for adults experiencing mental ill-health to enable them to hold their own tenancies while receiving flexible support.
Who we support
The service supports people in Cardiff aged 18 and over with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring needs.
How we do it
Support includes a combination of background assistance and tailored care packages designed to meet individual needs, promote independence, and support long-term wellbeing.
Referral
