Who we support
We support unpaid carers aged 18 and over living in Carmarthenshire who care for a family member, friend, or neighbour with a physical disability or mental health condition.
How we do it
The service provides tailored information, advice, and outreach support to help unpaid carers access statutory services, third-sector organisations, and local community opportunities. We support carers to have their voices heard while helping them maintain their own health and wellbeing alongside their caring role.
Referral
We accept referrals from all sources, including self-referrals, professionals, and third-sector organisations.
