Who we support

We support unpaid carers aged 18 and over who care for an adult experiencing mental health, substance misuse, or addiction challenges within Conwy.
 

How we do it

The service provides personalised support tailored to each carer’s individual circumstances through one-to-one and group support. We help carers build confidence, develop skills and knowledge, and maintain their own wellbeing while supporting their loved ones. Support is flexible and adapted to each carer’s needs and caring role.
 

Referral

People can access the service directly through self-referral or can be referred by professionals, services, or other organisations. No third-party referral pathway is required.
