What we do:
The Conwy Supporting People service helps people in need of housing-related support to remain in their own homes.
Who we support:
The service supports people aged 18 and over in Conwy who are homeless or have been served notice to leave their properties.
How we do it:
Support enables individuals to maximise their independence through support to gain life skills and access relevant services, support groups and organisations.
Referral:
