Gloucester Terrace is a 24-hour domiciliary temporary supported living service designed to meet the needs of those who experience serious mental illness, have complex needs and require high levels of support.
Who we support
The service supports individuals in Pembrokeshire aged 18-65 with serious mental illness.
How we do it
Gloucester Terrace promotes empowerment and self-management, with a commitment to progress and a whole-person approach. The service supports occupants to develop life skills and establish a stable, safe home in the community, maximising their opportunities to lead an independent lifestyle.
Referral
Those eligible to live in Gloucester Terrace must be under the Community Mental Health Team. CMHT Professionals can contact the service manager on behalf of individuals to receive a referral form and to discuss the referral process further.
