What we do:
Based in Llanhilleth, this service seeks to reduce and prevent the need for people to turn to statutory mental health services by helping them improve their confidence, independence and become more empowered to address their social care needs in the community.
Who we support:
The service supports individuals aged 18 and over living with mental health issues in Blaenau Gwent.
How we do it:
The service delivers member-led and person-centred support through a wide range of meaningful group activities within the local community.
Referral:
Individuals can self-refer to access the service. We, also, accept professional referrals from the NHS health boards, job centres, Career Wales, and third sector organisations.
