Who we support
We support unpaid carers aged 8 and over, including young carers, young adult carers, and adult carers across Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport, and Torfaen.
How we do it
The service provides information, emotional support, carers’ assessments, wellbeing support, respite opportunities, peer support, and guidance around health, social care, and community services through a hub-and-spoke model.
Referral
Carers can self-refer directly to the service, or referrals can be made by professionals including GPs, social workers, schools, colleges, and voluntary organisations.
