Into Work is a holistic employment support service that helps people with mental health challenges move towards, into, and remain in employment.
Who we support
Into Work supports people aged 16 and over who are unemployed or experiencing difficulties entering or sustaining employment due to mental health challenges.
The service works with individuals experiencing barriers such as low confidence, anxiety, low mood, limited work experience, financial difficulties, housing concerns, or worries about managing mental health in the workplace.
How we do it
Into Work provides personalised one-to-one support tailored to individual needs, focusing on employment, wellbeing, and confidence building.

CV writing and job applications
Interview preparation
In-work support
Confidence and motivation building
Support with wider barriers affecting employment and wellbeing
The service aims to help individuals feel more secure, supported, and able to sustain employment long term.
Referral:
Individuals can access Into Work through self-referral or professional referral.
Referrals are accepted from professionals including Jobcentre Plus, probation services, mental health services, substance use services, and third-sector organisations.
Individuals can also contact the service directly to access support
