Malvern Drive Supported Living Service delivers personalised care and support packages, enabling individuals to live as independently, actively, and safely as possible, while promoting and protecting their rights and ensuring the best quality of life possible. The service provides individuals with opportunities to develop and maintain independent living skills, supporting them to sustain their tenancies and enhance their daily living capabilities.
Who we support
The service supports individuals in Cardiff aged 18 and over with serious mental illness or co-occurring issues.
How we do it
Staff at Malvern Drive work collaboratively with mental health services, families, carers, and partner organisations. This approach ensures the delivery service that promotes wellbeing and recovery, centred on each person’s needs, aspirations, and priorities.
Referrals
