What we do
The Mental Health Link Service supports service users with mental health and/or substance use issues that are currently homeless or at risk of being homeless, or living in temporary accommodation to secure permanent accommodation and live independently.
Who we support
We support individuals in Wrexham aged 18 and over with mental health and / or substance use issues, in addition to housing-related issues
How we do it
Working alongside Wrexham Borough Council Housing Options Teams / Housing Support Officers, we provide a person-centered service that supports individuals to secure permanent accommodation and live independently.
Referral
