What we do
The Mental Health / Substance Use Liaison Service Supports service users with mental health and/or substance use issues that are currently homeless or living in temporary accommodation to secure permanent accommodation and live independently.
Who we support
The service supports individuals in Wrexham aged 18 and over with mental health and/or substance use issues in addition to housing-related issues.
How we do it
Working alongside Wrexham Borough Council Housing Options Teams / Housing Support Officers, we provide a person-centred service that supports individuals to secure permanent accommodation and live independently.
Referrals
