What we do
Monmouthshire Carers provides flexible outreach support for carers of adults with mental health conditions, helping them access information, emotional support, respite opportunities, advocacy, training and local services.
Who we support
The service supports carers aged 16+ who care for an adult with functional mental health needs living in Monmouthshire.
How we do it
We provide information and advice, help carers access Carers Assessments, offer emotional and advocacy support, run carers groups, provide respite opportunities, and signpost to other local services and training opportunities.
Referral
We accept all referral routes, including self-referrals and referrals from professionals. Carers can contact the service directly through the project email.
