What we do:
The service aims to support the development of key skills in areas which will build abilities, confidence, and further independence. Noddfa promotes and develops community connection and integration within the Aberaeron area. We are also able to signpost to other services if needed, and we provide volunteering opportunities after the necessary and relevant training has been completed.
Who we support:
The service supports individuals aged 18 and over living with mental health issues in Ceredigion.
How we do it:
The service provides group and workshop activities which are specifically designed to help overcome experience of isolation and to support integration within the community. A range of regular activities are held, including chair yoga, Tai Chi, IT and computer workshops, board games sessions, and quizzes. A nutritious hot meal is provided as well as hot drinks and soft drinks.
