Northgate House provides temporary supported accommodation to individuals recovering from substance use.
Who we support
The service supports individuals in Pembrokeshire aged 18 and over who are in recovery from substance use.
How we do it
The service supports people who have completed treatment to build skills, confidence, and independence through structured, person-centred support. Alongside this, floating support is delivered across Pembrokeshire to help individuals maintain their tenancies and live safely in their own homes. Support includes tenancy management, accessing benefits, improving wellbeing, and connecting with education, employment, and other services.

Individuals can self refer by contacting Northgate House, alternatively professionals can contact the Pembrokeshire Gateway via Pembrokeshire County Council.
