What we do:
Adferiad’s Pantyboblen Supported Living Scheme (SLS) is a Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) registered service provides 24/7 support for individuals experiencing serious mental illness and complex needs. The service aims to provide a stable, long-term “home for life,” supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and build independence.
Who we support:
The service supports individuals in Carmarthenshire aged 18 and over living with serious mental illness.
How we do it:
Our person-centred support focuses on developing daily living skills, including managing a tenancy, recognising relapse indicators, building confidence to seek help, and engaging in meaningful activities. The overall aim is to promote stability, wellbeing, and greater independence within a safe and supportive home environment.
