Pembrokeshire Friends & Family Support provides emotional and practical support for unpaid carers of people living with mental health conditions.
Who we support
The service supports unpaid carers aged 18+ living in Pembrokeshire who care for someone experiencing mental health challenges.
How we do it
We provide one-to-one support, information, advice and signposting to relevant services. We also run a weekly carers group where carers can share experiences, access peer support, reduce isolation and build supportive local connections.
Referral
We accept referrals from all sources, including self-referrals, professionals and third sector organisations.
