What we do

Pembrokeshire Supported Living Service is a registered domiciliary care service that provides community-based, person-centred support to individuals experiencing serious mental illness. The service enables people to live independently in their own homes while receiving the support they need to manage daily living, practical tasks and their health and wellbeing.

Who we support

The service supports individuals in Pembrokeshire aged 18 and over living with serious mental illness.

How we do it

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs and may include help with household tasks, personal routines, and accessing community opportunities. The service aims to support individuals to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and improve their overall quality of life and enhance their independence within their own homes and communities.
