What we do

Peregrine Close is temporary supported accommodation for individuals with serious mental illness to live independently with low level housing support. 


Who we support

The service supports individuals in Pembrokeshire aged 18-65 living with serious mental illness who require a low level of housing support.


How we do it

Support includes, promoting engagement in meaningful activities within the local community, social activities, and to seek opportunities in volunteering, training, education, empowering individuals to ask for support & help to prevent relapses, supporting and encouraging individuals to move on to their own future long-term tenancy. 
 

Referral

To be eligible to live in Peregrine Close it is necessary to be under the Community Mental Health Team due to serious mental illness and require housing-related support. Professionals can email the team on behalf of individuals to receive a referral form.
