What we do:

The service provides a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for children and young people experiencing emotional or mental health issues. We aim to promote emotional wellbeing, build resilience, and support young people to develop healthy coping skills in a supporting and non-judgemental space. By providing early intervention and emotional support, the service contributes to the wellbeing of young people and the wider community.


Who we support:

We provide support to children and young people aged 12 to their 18th birthday living with mental health issues in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area.


How we do it:

The service offers tailored support to meet individual needs, including one-to-one support, group support, educational opportunities, and recreational activities.


Referral:

To access the service, individuals must be referred via CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) referral process. Please, contact your GP to be referred.
