What we do:

The Structured Recovery Programme is a recovery support service for people affected by substance use.

Who we support:

The service supports adults aged 18 and over who are in recovery or seeking recovery from substance use.

How we do it:

We provide structured group work and one-to-one support in a safe and supportive environment.
Our programme helps people to:
build coping strategies, strengthen resilience and wellbeing, regain independence,
reduce the risk of relapse and reconnect with their communities.

Referral:

People can access the service through self-referral or referral from professionals.
This includes contact directly with Adferiad to express interest in joining the programme, making it an accessible first point of contact.
