What we do:

Ty Adferiad is a supported accommodation service for women prison leavers and rough sleepers ran by female staff, allowing individuals to live independently and rebuild their lives and relationships.

Who we support:

The service supports women prison leavers aged 18 and over who are returning to Gwynedd from prison, or who are homeless.

How do it:

The service enables individuals to maximise their independence through support with life skills and access to relevant services, and organisations, including medical appointments, budgeting and claiming benefits, and housing-related support. With support to rebuild their lives, Ty Adferiad helps individuals to reconnect with their family and friends, develop healthy relationships and understand abuse.
