What we do:
Wrexham Outreach Tenancy Support is an outreach service offering tenancy-related support to individuals who living with mental health and/or substance use issues and are living independently in the community.
Who we support:
We support individuals in Wrexham aged 18 and over living with mental ill-health and/or substance use who require housing-related support.
How we do it:
WOTS helps to keep individuals in the community when they are having a difficult time, we help maintain their tenancy, avoid eviction, and provide support to avoid hospital admissions unless necessary.We help the individual to feel part of the local and wider community, in the aim of reducing loneliness and isolation.
Referral:
