Adferiad becomes an Approved Partner of the Chartered Management Institute
Adferiad is proud to announce that it has become an Approved Partner of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), enabling the organisation to deliver regulated, nationally recognised qualifications to support staff development and progression.
The Chartered Management Institute is the UK's leading professional body for management and leadership and is the only organisation able to award Chartered Manager status.
Becoming an Approved Partner recognises the high standard of practice already demonstrated by Adferiad's training team, which delivers learning and development opportunities to more than 720 members of staff across the organisation.
Initially, members of the training team will be able to deliver qualifications up to Level 7 Diploma level across several subject areas, creating new opportunities for colleagues to develop their skills and progress their careers.
This achievement reflects Adferiad's ongoing commitment to investing in its people and ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality learning, development and career progression opportunities.
